Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time (United States)

  • Standard delivery time is 3–12 business days after shipping.

  • During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or carrier delays, delivery can take longer than estimated.

Tracking Updates

  • Tracking is provided once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show updates depending on the carrier.

  • If your tracking shows “no information available” shortly after shipping, it usually means the carrier has not scanned the parcel yet.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages. If so, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping cost.

  • If an address change is requested after shipment, we may request an additional fee if the carrier charges for rerouting.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery handling and timing are managed by the carrier.

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received it, please check your delivery area, neighbors, household members, and contact the carrier.

  • Email us so we can help guide next steps, but we may require carrier documentation before any resolution.
